Richmond Hill United FC (RHU) is a football development organisation committed to building pathways to excellence for players, coaches and communities in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Caribbean and beyond.

OUR WORK
Building a Culture of Excellence
RHU delivers a comprehensive football development ecosystem designed to support long-term athlete and organisational success. Our Youth Development Programme serves as the foundation of the club, providing holistic development pathways that nurture talent, character and leadership from an early age.

Our High Performance Academy (HPA), Female Football Development Programme and Senior Men's Programme provide progressive pathways for elite competition and advancement, while our Coaching Development Programme ensures that technical personnel possess the expertise required to implement the club's football philosophy and high-performance standards.
​
Complementing these initiatives, our Player Scouting and Transfer Programme and international market engagement activities create connections between local and regional talent and opportunities within professional, collegiate and international football environments.

OUR PEOPLE
Richmond Hill United FC is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight and stewardship of the club's vision, operations and development agenda.

The Board is led by Dr. Jamal Browne, President and Head of Commercial & Football Operations.

Supporting the club's football and organisational objectives are Mr. Deptor Culzac, Director and Head of Player & Technical Personnel; Mr. Cornelius Cyrus, Director and Interim Head of Programmes; Mr. Uriel Peters, Director and Interim General Manager; Ms. Fenille Culzac, Director and Interim Head of Secretariat; and Mrs. Makasha Culzac-DaSilva, Director and Interim Head of Player and Team Welfare.

Together, the Board provides leadership across football operations, player development, technical capacity building, administration, welfare, governance and commercial growth, ensuring that RHU remains focused on its mission of developing people, creating opportunities and advancing football excellence throughout Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the wider Caribbean.
